Bachelor of Management (Hons)

The Bachelor of Management (Hons) graduates should be able to demonstrate their have the managerial and entrepreneurial competency and understanding and become prime movers and significant contributors in organisations which they may serve. The mastery of principles and practices of organisational and managerial sciences prepare the graduates to be leaders and team members simultaneously. The core skills learned will prepare students with job skills relevant to the changing demands in the job market.

In addition, the programme prepares students for a life of understanding, wisdom and maturity. This programme has been accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA/LAN) since 2002 and is recognised by the Public Services Department of Malaysia (JPA).

Programme Structure

The Bachelor’s Degree programme requires a total of 112 credit hours of course work. Upon entering semester 6 of the programme, students are required to choose their areas of Specialisation/Major. Students may also undergo a practicum/internship programme of their choice in Semester 8.
