Immigration Regulations & Requirements

1. Students are advised to read the brochures carefully before choosing your course of study. Upon registration you are not allowed to change courses.

You are required to:
  • Fill in the College registration form
• Attach 8 recent passport size photographs
• Attach copies of all your prior academic & professional achievement
• Attach 2 copies of your passport (ALL PAGES)

Upon receiving the registration form and the processing fees, the College will send you a Letter of Admission within 21 working days.

4. You are NOT REQUIRED to apply for your student pass / visa from the Malaysian High Commissions in your country. The college will make the application for you within 4 weeks of your arrival here in Malaysia. The cost of the student pass / visa is RM150.
5. You are required to prepare a PERSONAL BOND payable to “TAJ Vision Sdn Bhd”. Kindly refer to the attached table for the amount payable.
This bond is a requirement by the Malaysian Immigration Department. It will be duly returned to the student upon completion of studies.
6. Upon the approval of your application, you are required to inform your flight details and Date of Arrival to the college at least 5 days before your departure. The College representative will be at airport to welcome you.
7. Students are NOT ALLOWED to get involved in VICE ACTIVITIES. If one is found to break this rule, he or she will be expelled from the College and the student visa will be terminated. Students are not allowed to work during academic semesters. Those who wish to work during semester breaks are required to get pre-approval from the college as well as the immigration department.
8. International students are required to study on a fulltime basis at our college and have a minimum attendance record of 80%.
9. After enrolling at TAJ International College, you are NOT ALLOWED TO TRANSFER to other colleges, according to Immigration ruling. Social visit passes cannot be converted into student passes. Those holding a valid work permit, upon approval from the Immigration Department, can undertake part time courses.
10. One year’s tuition fees need to be paid via telegraphic transfer to the College’s bank account or bank draft in favour of “TAJ Vision Sdn Bhd”. Kindly refer to International Student Fee Structure for exact amount payable.
11. An amount of MYR310.00 will be deducted form the Processing Fee, in the event of your Student Visa application being rejected by the Immigration Department.
