| Malaysia is located at the heart of South East Asia. It is easily accessible by road and rail from Thailand in the north and from Singapore in the south. The country has undergone major infrastructural development, especially in the Klang Valley which encompasses the capital city, Kuala Lumpur and the government’s administrative centre, Putrajaya. | Malaysia enjoys warm, sunny weather throughout the year with seasonal rainfall and thunderstorms. Temperatures range from around 30 degrees Celsius in the lowlands to about 16 degrees Celsius in the highlands. |
