Procedure For Application

STEP 1: Read the Immigration Regulations and Requirements carefully
STEP 2: Download and Complete the Registration Form for International Student and Health Examination Report Form.
STEP 3: You are required to:
(i) Attach 8 recent passport size photographs;
(ii) Attach 2 copies of your international passport (all pages);
(iii) Attach a copy of academic & professional certificates (certified true copy).

Note: Do not submit original certificates and documents. The International Student Department will not be held responsible for the damage or loss of original certificates. All documents submitted will not be returned.

STEP 4:

Enclose a Non Refundable Processing Fee of MYR 1,140.00 in the form of Bank Draft payable to “TAJ Vision Sdn Bhd” or, “Multilink International Sdn. Bhd” and send all the documents (in STEP 3 and STEP 4) above to the:-
(*Exchange rate is MYR3.40 to USD1.00)

STEP 5: Wait for the Letter of Admission and visa approval letter. If you do not receive them within 6 weeks, kindly send a request updates email to
i. internationalstudent@taj.edu.my and cc to;
ii. haque@multilink-edu.com
STEP 6: Upon receiving the Letter of Admission, you should email your flight details to internationalstudent@taj.edu.my and haque@multilink-edu.com or fax to 603-8070 2326 at least 5 days before departing your country.
STEP 7:

Accommodation is guaranteed to all international students. You need to:

  (i) Complete the Accommodation Request Form;
(ii) Pay the equivalent of one semester rental in advance. This must be paid at least 2 weeks before your arrival.
NB: A staff from our International Student Department will fetch you from the airport.
